Every three months, we create a unique filter blend that captures the feeling of the season around us. This year's Summer Filter is bright, balanced, and juicy - a light and sunny cup for the lively days ahead.

Composition

Summer Filter is comprised of two single origin coffees in equal parts.

Barioda from Papua New Guinea brings a host of bright, juicy fruit flavours to blend. El Mirador Peru does the same, along with a little more body and roundness.

Tastes Like

Summer Filter is a cup bursting with summer fruits, with a balanced citric acidity and a sweet, balanced aftertaste.

As a black filter coffee, the blend is vibrant and fruit-driven, with a milk chocolate finish. When paired with milk, it becomes soft and delicate.

Brewing Notes: Try starting with a 1:17 ratio and a slightly finer grind than usual, to bring out the best of the sweetness in this blend.

How do I choose a blend?

Each of our blends has been sourced and roasted to deliver a different flavour profile, so we're sure you'll find something that suits you best. At the top of each product description, you'll see three icons indicating roast intensity, style and personality - start there!

Should I order whole beans or ground?

That's completely up to you! Freshly ground coffee will always deliver more flavour, but if you don't have a coffee grinder we'll grind your order the day it's shipped to ensure it gets to you as fresh as possible.

When will this coffee be roasted?

We only roast coffee when you order it, to ensure it gets to you as fresh as possible. That means when you place your order, your coffee will get roasted, packed and shipped the next business day.

How do your coffee subscriptions work?

Our coffee subscriptions are self-managed with no commitment - simply select your desired quantity and frequency and you're up and running! Every subscription order receives an automatic 10% discount, which grows to 15% over time, and you'll have access to a customer portal to make any changes you like along the way.
